HHS Student Registration

High School Only - Registration Packet and Instructions for New Students


Students transferring to Harborfields High School must complete the high school registration packet by clicking on the link below.  Please fill out all forms completely* and click on the "Submit by Email" button located on the first page (please include your child's initials in the subject line of the email).  It is also recommended that you print or save a copy for your records prior to emailing packet.  Please note that these forms may not work on tablets (IPad, etc.)

Within several business days of receipt of your completed registration packet, a brief meeting at the high school guidance office will be scheduled for you to:


  • *Sign registration packet pages, where indicated, and to

  • Supply all required "Proofs of Residency"* and "Student Records" (Please click here for required materials)

  • Please read and complete Electronic Communication and Internet Use Policy (click link), prior to meeting

  • *For a copy of HSCD Policy 5152 on the Admission of Non-Resident Students (Former and Future Residents), as well as the Admission of Non-Resident Students form, please click here


Once all submitted paperwork has been reviewed and your child has been entered into our system, you will be contacted by the HHS guidance office to set up your child's schedule.
