HHS Student Registration

High School Only - Registration Packet and Instructions for New Students

Students transferring to Harborfields High School must complete the high school registration packet by clicking on the link below.  Please fill out all forms completely* and click on the "Submit by Email" button located on the first page (please include your child's name in the subject line of the email).  It is also recommended that you print or save a copy for your records.  Please note that these forms may not work on tablets (IPad, etc.)

 

Within several business days of receipt of your completed registration packet, a brief meeting at the high school guidance office will be scheduled for you to:

 

  • Sign registration packet pages, where indicated, and

  • Supply all required "Proofs of Residency" and "Student Records" (Please click here for required materials)

Once all submitted paperwork has been reviewed and your child has been entered into our system, you will be contacted by the HHS guidance office to set up your child's schedule.  Please click here for HHS registration packetPLEASE NOTE:  If you have a problem sending the forms using the "Submit by Email" button, please save the packet using "Save As" and send as an attachment to:
