The Harborfields High School Marching Band and Kickline convened in mid-August for their annual band camp, signaling the start of yet another school year. Approximately 90 students, comprising the largest team in the school, took part in a three-day learning and bonding experience held at LIU Post.
Operating under the leadership of Marching Band Director, Allison Scilla, Assistant Directors, Dan Bilawsky and Joe Hinton, and Kickline Director, Jackie Best, these students learned an entire field show, polished their playing, and closed out the camp with an electrifying performance for family and friends.
"I was so happy to continue our rich tradition of summer band camps," said Ms. Scilla, Harborfield High School’s Marching Band Director. "I'm so proud of everything these students have accomplished in such a short time and I'm looking forward to a wonderful marching band season ahead."
