We are proud to share that the College Board recognized the following Harborfields High School students in their National Recognition Programs: Andrea Holohan, National Hispanic Recognition Program, Sara Tovar, National First-Generation Recognition Program, Grey Wilkens, National Hispanic Recognition Program, and Emily Xie, National First-Generation Program.

The National Recognition Programs celebrate the hard work of thousands of high-achieving students nationwide who come from diverse backgrounds. In order to be eligible for recognition, students had to meet high score requirements on the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, or AP exams. These awards help students showcase their strong academic performance and open opportunities for their future.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate Andrea, Sara, Grey, and Emily on their National Recognition Awards,” said Dr. Danielle DeLorenzo, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. “These accomplishments are a direct reflection of the hard work and commitment of these talented students and the dedicated staff who support them through their academic endeavors.”

The program expanded this year with the inclusion of the National First-Generation Recognition Program Award. Over 35,000 students nationwide received the inaugural award, and we are honored that two of those students attend Harborfields High School.

The Harborfields Central School District strives to ensure that every member of the school community thrives. Each Child. Each Day. One Harborfields Family. This type of recognition from The College Board reinforces how important that work truly is.
