Dressed in their green and white graduation caps and gowns, the elated members of Harborfields High School’s Class of 2024 made the annual senior walk on the morning of June 7 to nearby Thomas J. Lahey Elementary School, the scene of the earlier educational careers. Current TJL students as well as teachers and staff were on hand to cheer on the seniors in advance of graduation.
“The graduation walk to TJL was a truly special moment for our Class of 2024,” Principal Dr. Marie Netto said. “This tradition brought smiles to all of our students' faces – both those cheering, and our soon-to-be graduates. I am so grateful that TJL helped to create this touching memory for our HHS seniors.”
