Welcome back to the 2025-2026 School Year!

Beginning with the 2025-26 year, New York State schools participating in the National School Lunch and/or School Breakfast Program will offer reimbursable meals to students at no cost. Harborfields Central School District proudly participates in both of these programs, and accordingly, will offer free reimbursable breakfast and free reimbursable lunch meals to all students. However, it is still very important that the District continues to collect Free and Reduced Price Meal Applications for the 2025-26 base year, as the receipt of these applications affects the District’s future state funding levels.

What does this mean for your child(ren) attending school in the Harborfields School District?

All students are eligible to receive (1) healthy breakfast and (1) healthy lunch at school free of charge to your household each day of the 2025-2026 school year. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee. Second entrees and ala carte snacks and drinks are not free and must be paid for at the time of purchase. More pricing information listed below. 

How can you help us secure future funding?

Household Income forms MUST be submitted every year to increase funding and help secure additional benefits available for your child(ren). A link to the application(s) and some of the additional benefits you child(ren) may be eligible to receive are listed below.
