The end of October brings cooler weather, changing leaves, and playoff runs for fall sports teams. The first week of November was a busy one for many athletes and teams in Harborfields. 

At the Section XI Diving Championship, Ava Vandor broke her own record to capture her second consecutive county title! She will go on to represent Section XI at the State Championships in Rochester on November 21!

Sayla Fives ran an outstanding race through Sunken Meadow State Park. She earned second place at the Section XI Class B Championships! She will represent Harborfields and Section XI at the State Championships on November 15-16. 

Although the Girls Field Hockey team lost in a hard-fought playoff game to Eastport-South Manor, they received an at-large bid to compete in the NYSPHSAA championships. They will challenge Vestal High School on Saturday, November 8.
