Introducing the Career Readiness Educators' Association Student of the Year

Reese Nitekman has been named the Career Readiness Educators Association (CREA) Student of the Year!
Reese was recognized for her outstanding commitment to career readiness. Last year, she completed the Career Exploration Internship Program in marketing where she created professional-quality promotional materials and one of her designs was selected for use by CREA for their annual conference.
Reese is also a member of the Business & Entrepreneurship Academy and will be one of the first Harborfields students to earn a NYS-approved endorsement in Marketing. Beyond the classroom, Reese is actively involved in numerous clubs, athletics, and honor societies, even serving as president of the Business Honor Society.
Dr. Matthews proudly nominated Reese for this award and described her as dependable, thoughtful, and a student who consistently applies her skills in meaningful real-world ways.
Congratulations Reese, on this well deserved honor!
